Our
Story
Tj began as a welder/machinist for a company in Northern California. His journey has led him to fulfilling a personal dream to own an operate a machine shop and business. Thanks to amazing mentors and supporters along the way, Tj was able to gain over a decade of machining experience, obtain a bachelors of manufacturing engineering from Brigham Young University and start his own machine shop.

Spiere Engineering is a tribute to one of Tj's ancestors. The Spiere name (pronounced "speer") has always held great esteem and meaning to Tj and it was an easy choice when deciding on a name for his business.

Tj is married to the love of his life and together they have five beautiful and rambunctious children. When not working, the family enjoys bike rides, camping, bonfires, serving others and spending a lot of time with family and friends.
